1. Services
Green Life Landscape provides landscaping design, installation, maintenance, and related services. All services are performed according to the scope agreed upon with the client. Any additional work or changes requested will be subject to a revised quotation and timeline.
2. Quotations & Payments
All quotations provided are valid for a limited period as stated in the quotation document. A deposit may be required to begin work. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
3. Project Timelines
While we strive to complete all projects on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, supply delays, or other external factors may affect timelines. We will keep clients informed of any changes.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure access to the worksite and provide accurate information about the site conditions. Any delays or additional costs caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may be the client’s responsibility.
5. Warranties
We provide warranties on specific installations and materials as specified in the project agreement. Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or external factors beyond our control.
6. Liability
Green Life Landscape is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, and proposals created by Green Life Landscape remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce or use these materials without our written consent.
8. Cancellations
Any cancellations must be made in writing. If work has already started, the client may be responsible for covering costs incurred up to the cancellation date.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
